Casey Costello | Operations Director:​ Casey oversees the operational side of the company, managing everything from client relations and scheduling to logistics, financial administration, and team coordination. Her ability to streamline processes and solve challenges behind the scenes allows the design team to focus on creating exceptional spaces while ensuring every project is executed seamlessly.

Beyond daily operations, Casey plays a key role in shaping Inhabit’s growth and long-term vision. Her strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to excellence help keep the company moving forward in an ever-evolving real estate market. Most importantly, her quick wit and sense of humor make her an invaluable part of the team and a favorite among clients and colleagues alike.

Amy Helms | Creative Director: Amy leads the design vision for every home, creating customized staging plans and providing thoughtful design recommendations that help each property stand out in the market. In addition to shaping each project’s aesthetic, Amy oversees Inhabit’s marketing and social media presence, ensuring the brand remains fresh, inspiring, and aligned with evolving design trends. From sourcing furnishings and décor to staying ahead of emerging design styles, Amy is dedicated to delivering elevated spaces that resonate with today’s buyers. When she’s not designing beautiful interiors or creating content for Inhabit, you’ll likely find her designing and decorating her new home on Lake Anna.

Sydney Watson | Staging Director: Sydney oversees every aspect of the staging process, ensuring each project is executed seamlessly from initial consultation to final installation. From measuring properties and developing staging strategies to coordinating inventory, managing warehouse operations, and overseeing installations, she keeps every detail running smoothly behind the scenes. Her exceptional organization, hands-on leadership, and keen attention to detail ensure every home is beautifully presented while upholding the elevated standards that define the Inhabit experience. Outside of work, you'll likely find Syd spending time with her son and enjoying time with family.

Bria Johnson | Staging Manager:  Bria plays an important role in bringing Inhabit’s staging projects together, supporting the day-to-day coordination and execution behind each beautifully designed space. She helps manage project details, inventory coordination, and installation preparation to ensure every stage runs smoothly from start to finish. With her attention to detail, organization, and team-focused approach, Bria helps keep the moving pieces of each project on track while maintaining the high standards Inhabit is known for. Beyond her roll at Inhabit, Bria enjoys spending time with her son and embracing quiet moments to relax and recharge.

Luis Perez | Warehouse Manager:  Luis brings years of experience in logistics, furniture installation, and carpentry to every project. He oversees the transportation, assembly, and placement of furnishings for staging installations while also managing furniture repairs, custom builds, and on-site adjustments. Whether he's creating a custom piece, troubleshooting a furniture challenge, or leading a complex installation, Luis approaches every task with precision, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Known for his reliability, positive attitude, and unmatched work ethic, Luis plays a key role in bringing Inhabit's design vision to life. When he's not transforming homes alongside the team, he's spending time with his four children or on the soccer field, where his competitive spirit shines just as much as it does on the job.

Jose Lovo | Warehouse Coordinator:  Jose is an essential part of the Inhabit team, helping bring each staging project to life through his dedication, efficiency, and attention to detail. As part of the warehouse team, Jose plays a key role in warehouse organization, inventory management, furniture preparation, and installation support to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Jose's hands-on approach and commitment to excellence help keep daily operations efficient and every staging project moving forward. His attention to detail and willingness to step in wherever needed make him a valuable part of creating the polished, elevated spaces that Inhabit is known for.  When he’s not helping bring Inhabit’s projects to life, Jose enjoys creating music, playing piano, and exploring new places with friends.
